For years, I felt lost. As an empath, I carried the weight of the world without understanding how to hold myself. I absorbed others' pain, emotions, and expectations—until I could no longer hear my own voice beneath it all. I moved through burnout, disconnection, and the quiet ache of not quite belonging.
But something within me never gave up.
Piece by piece, I began to reconnect the dots. Through deep inner work, spiritual study, yoga, and profound moments with animals who spoke in silence, I found my way back to myself. I began to see that the sensitivity I once saw as a burden was actually a gift. A compass. A call to serve.

I am very fortunate to have learned from an experienced Usui Reiki Master in Singapore. She has guided and shared her expertise with me about Reiki healing, shadow self and Animal Communication.
My 200 hours of Power Yoga teacher training back in year 2017 has led me to many teaching opportunities privately. I value teaching Private classes to witness the growth of my students. Allowing them to learn and practice in their own space, the sharing and feedback has improved their journey tremendously.
