2. Services
Light Within offers wellness services including, but not limited to, animal communication, intuitive guidance, yoga, workshops, retreats, and educational events.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service fees, payment schedules, and any additional terms will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
These may be provided through our website, booking forms, invoices, email, or WhatsApp, and shall form part of the agreement between you and Light Within.
Where a service is offered as a package, programme, workshop, or course, participants are committing to the agreed booking and payment terms. Choosing not to continue after the commencement of a service does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Light Within.
Light Within reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or decline bookings at its discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service, workshop, retreat, or event booked.
Where applicable, the specific cancellation, refund, and payment terms will be communicated before your booking is confirmed. These terms may be provided through our website, booking form, invoice, email, or WhatsApp, and shall form part of your agreement with Light Within.
If no specific cancellation policy has been communicated, any request for cancellation or refund will be considered at the sole discretion of Light Within.
5. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically, mentally, and emotionally suitable to participate in the services they book.
Please inform Light Within of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, accessibility needs, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.
Participation in yoga, movement, meditation, retreats, workshops, intuitive guidance, and other wellness activities is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to practise within their own limits and to communicate openly with facilitators throughout their experience.
Light Within's services are intended to support personal wellbeing and self-development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, financial, or legal advice.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the Light Within website and services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, recordings, course materials, worksheets, meditations, and other resources, remains the intellectual property of Light Within.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Materials provided for participants' personal learning and development may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.
7. Photography & Media
During workshops, classes, retreats, events, or other activities organised by Light Within, photographs and short video recordings may occasionally be taken for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that you may appear in such photographs or recordings.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before the event or session begins. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your preference.
