In your sessions, we may include:

Healing Yoga is ideal for anyone who wants to restore balance, calm, and connection within themselves, including those who experience:

  • Insomnia or disrupted sleep

  • Anxiety or panic attacks

Private Class – 90 minutes

  • Focus: Fully personalized, tailored to physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Uses all healing modalities (Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Chakra balancing, Intuitive guidance).

  • In-Person: SGD 120–150 per session

  • Online (Zoom): SGD 90–120 per session

Group Class – 60 minutes

  • Focus: General energy work, accessible to all. Uses Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, gentle guidance.

  • In-Person  (small group 4–6 people): SGD 25 per person

  • Online (Zoom / small group): SGD 15 per person
